Yes. LumaReview is a managed online service. There is no server, Docker container or software for clients to install or maintain.

Does LumaReview send the emails?

Yes. Connect your business mailbox in account settings and LumaReview sends each branded request from the address your customers recognise.

Does a customer need an account?

No. Customer links are unique and open directly into the feedback experience. Only client dashboard users need an account.

Are client accounts kept separate?

Yes. Every client has a separate secure workspace containing only their business settings, customers, requests and feedback.

Does it block negative Google reviews?

No. The Google review option remains available for every rating. Customers selecting one to three stars can also send private feedback so the business can understand what went wrong.

What do I need to configure?
